Get the industry intel that helps you land your next audition or production gig

People waiting to be auditioned

This page wasn't meant to be a typical casting call board. Rather, it is more of a listening post for signs and cues that could eventually result in opportunities from the stage, film and/or television studio, and/or indie productions. Most of the sources that contribute to the feeds on this page are production companies, state location services, and the offices of SAG-AFTRA franchised agents (they do issue open casting calls), making it a viable alternative source of information beyond the familiar webcasting sites.

Beyond actors and varied stage performers the listings here will also be helpful to the camera crew, animators, promotions, colorist, casting producers, drone photographer, sound designer/mixer, lighting/key grip, gaffer, hair and makeup artists, producer/development executives, composers, and all the varied positions to be filled in the realm of motion picture and theatrical stage productions.

Whether you're an actor, camera operator, animator, composer, or anything in between, this intel from the news feeds is geared toward a diverse range of professionals across film, television, and the stage. While agents are key, smaller budget projects can be stepping stones. Get your name out, build your portfolio, and earn a paycheck!

Remember, when dealing with casting or production operations offering auditions and other production crew placements, always check for references, business licenses, or credentials as you deem necessary, and make sure they are in compliance with state and federal laws.

For performers, specific role breakdown details may not be provided in the listings. Just foresight and tips about feature film, television, and commercial projects that are currently or imminently casting. Interpret the industry news and information you parse through here as an opportunity to act proactively and pursue further information from emerging details.

There will be a mix of news and industry intel aimed toward forward-thinking performing talent that considers themselves industry savvy, and pre- and post-production media professionals and talent as well. Ultimately (and traditionally) the greatest opportunities in motion picture and scripted broadcast television will come through a worthy agent. But there are small budget opportunities that can give a performer a vital platform to ply their craft that will be projected to a receptive audience, and best of all, a paycheck.

It is important to keep in mind that the information relating to casting and crew calls may include inaccuracies or errors. There can be no guarantee on the accuracy or reliability of the information. Your use of the information is at your own risk. Get as much information from the source of the call prior to any auditions or submissions. Check that all posted positions should follow all Federal, State, County, and Municipal labor laws.

  • Slope Graphics
    03 June 2026
The obstacle design in Slope separates it from traditional platforming games. The entire universe consists of green neon lines and dangerous red geometric blocks. These red objects act as instant death traps if your ball touches them. Some barriers stand completely still in the middle of your narrow lane. Other obstacles appear suddenly at the exit of a steep drop to catch you off guard. The game requires your eyes to scan the distant horizon constantly. You must identify threats early to plan your dodging maneuver safely. The layout of the course changes with every new attempt you make. slope prevents players from simply memorizing the positions of traps. You cannot succeed by using muscle memory from your previous runs. Every single attempt demands total focus and active problem solving in real time. The sudden appearance of a wall forces split second decisions that test your instincts. It creates a highly replayable loop where no two sessions look identical.
  • Wacky Steps
    03 June 2026
Wacky Steps is a physics-based browser game that turns a basic everyday action into a goofy skill test. Instead of racing at full speed or smashing through enemies, you are doing something much more dangerous: trying to walk without embarrassing yourself. The catch is that your character moves with floppy, awkward ragdoll energy, so every step feels unstable in the funniest possible way. The main goal is simple. Keep moving forward, avoid sidewalk cracks, and survive long enough to build distance and score. That sounds easy for about three seconds. Then the wobble kicks in, your stride gets weird, and the road starts throwing hazards at you. Suddenly, the humble act of walking becomes a tiny drama full of bad balance, risky timing, and comic disaster. What makes Wacky Steps stand out is how it mixes low-stakes comedy with real mechanical tension. You are not memorizing huge combos or learning a giant ruleset. You are just learning how to place the next step without overcommitting. That tiny decision repeats again and again, and somehow it stays funny, tense, and weirdly satisfying

  • Co-Producer for a short, No-Budget, Insomnia/Comedy film
    29 May 2026
Bold, quirky comedy seeking a Co-Producer for a two or three day short film this July Comedy isn't for everyone and working on tiny shoe-string budgets is not always ideal. But if the alternative is to not make something funny with a lot of heart then the show must go on. We are currently working on access to a great camera, a cinematographer and some locations. Looking to bring another resourceful person to our dynamic team. Everyone on board has a can do attitude and hopefully that's you as well. This is a fast-paced 5 page comedy, revolving around a neurotic protagonist who can't go to sleep! When they do go to sleep it's temporary so they live their life in a zombie sleepwalking state but with some slapstick comedy. It's less dialogue based and more visual to convey the comedy of operating on no sleep. We're in the process of assembling a crew with casting to follow. I'm looking for someone that can actually bring something to the film that will make this production easier. Whether it's a location, access to some more equipment or professionals It's a bold comedy so we need a bold co-producer who is up for the challenge. Unless our producer can ''find money'' there isn't any money to pay but maybe a dark funny short film would be considered an achievement. Everyone is donating time, equipment and themselves to make this festival bound short a reality. If you have access to any locations or anything please let us know in your message. Take a few minutes to Let us know why a challenge like this might interest you and what you can bring to this project. We're more interested in ability to help over experience as well as ability to read the entirety of this post.
